Set amongst the gorgeous hills of Pietrsanta  , the heart of Versilia, Villa al sole  is a beautiful cottage, an ancient oil mill from XVI century, whose waterwheel has never stopped spinning since then. Recently renovated to accomadate guests in 4 luxurious suites provided with all modern comfort, the Villa includes: a beautiful park of over 12000 sqm, a tennis court with red synthetic grass pavement, a lovely 15x7m swiming-pool with deckchairs provided with soft towels for your sun-bathing, gazebos to relax  beside the swimming pool and in the garden.
Inside the Villa there is a stunning common sitting room with beautiful sofas and  armchairs in style, satellite TV , fireplace and dining area in style. From the sitting area you can see the waterwheel of the anciet mill, from a beautiful glass wall.
The 4 Suites are provided with every comfort ,such as wifii, private bathroom, private livingroom with armchairs, satellite TV, fireplace, air conditioning and minibar. Each suite is different in colour and style :  Suite  white shaded room in attic with a comfortable double bed, Suite red shaded room with a comfortable double bed, Suite Ginestra yellow shaded room with a comfortable double bed and Suite  pink shaded room with comfortable double bed, plus a gorgeous loft to accomodate 2 more single beds. Melograno and Ginestra Suites have also a common sittingroom with fireplace, another satellite TV and sofas in style.
Additionally, inside the Villa there is a big professional kitchen room provided with everything, a laundry room with 2 washing machines and dryers, a big covered parking and a big wooden oven made by stone, in the garden.
In the price is included also a domestic worker, who is available everyday from 9 am untill 1 pm for cleaning and changing of bed sheets and towels.
We provide also bikes for guests to easily reach the artistic and historical town centre of Pietrasanta (5 min by bike), the golden beach of Marina di Pietrasanta (10 min by bike) and Forte dei Marmi town centre and beach(15 min by bike).
Pisa Airport is located only 20 min away by car and we can organize transfer to and from every airport: Pisa, Florence, Rome and Milan.
