The guardians of the property livse in the little apartment on ground floor but they cannot join your garden nor pool.
Your apartment is the one upstairs and consist of two levels.
On the entrance level (first floor) you will find yourself in a large open-space. you will find the panoramic terrace with living room with a very modern open fire place, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen. On this level you also will find two queen sized bedrooms and a single bedroom sharing a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub.
Upstairs on the attic floor you will find another queen size bedroom with a bathroom with shower enclosure (wich is also turkish bath) and a small wellnes area with cabin sauna and a small gym. A working piano is at your completely disposal as well the office corner with a laptop and printer.
Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning are provided throughout the house.
The garden offers peace and quiet with its large swimming pool with jacuzzi area personally designed by the owner. Available a large garage.
