La Limonaia is located 2km from the centre of Camaiore, 13km from the beach, in the heart of the country. There is parking for guests, and a general store within 100 metres. The bus stop is just at 300 metres, and the nearest railway station is at Viareggio, 15km away.
There is a tennis club 10km away, a golf course at 13km, and riding stables at 14km.

This private rental home covers 100 square metres over three floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a living room with a single sofa bed, an open fireplace and a TV. There is a dining room and a kitchen with washing machine.
On the upper floor we find a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC.
On the upper floor we find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, including bath, bidet and WC. There is a baby's cot provided. Outside you'll find a pleasant terrace (complete with garden furniture) and a garden with barbecue. Heating is to be paid during your stay, depending on the usage.

The owner resides desultorily in a small dépandance at the back of garden.
